Electromagnetic Industries manufactures a large range of Instrument Transformers including Current Transformers, Current Transformers with voltage signal outputs and Voltage/Potential transformers.

Current Transformers:

All Electromagnetic Industries standard Current Transformers are designed for use with ammeters, watt-meters and cross current compensation or for relay driver application. All models have an Insulation level of 600V, 10 kv BIL Full Wave, 50 - 400Hz and are CSA and UL Recognized.

For additional information and selection, please select Current Transformer tab.

Voltage/Potential Transformers:

All Electromagnetic Industries standard Voltage/Potential Transformers are encased in a thermoplastic case with the core and windings encapsulated in resin. They are designed for line to line operation but may also be used in a line to neutral or line to ground configuration at 58% of rated voltage.
All transformers with rated voltages 346 Volts and below are ANSI C57.13 Group 1. All transformers rated for 480 and 600 Volt are Group 2.

For additional information and selection, please select the Voltage Transformer (VT/PT) tab.
